Right of Withdrawal & Returns

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, under Bulgarian consumer law. The period starts the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

Notify us with an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter or email to info@premiumperfumes.bg) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

You must return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days. The direct cost of return is yours. Goods must be in their original condition and packaging.

We will refund you no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened decants/testers), per Art. 57 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
